The dimensions are 36" by 24" Inch once stretched.

The canvases are shipped to you rolled (this means you need to have them put on the rack and stretched). This can be easily done by your local framing shop, or you could just hang it from your wall like a poster. For information on the stretching process, please visit this page:
Stretching canvases

The canvas is not waterproof, and in true vampiric fashion, should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

About the artwork:

Vampires of Rookwood was staged at Sydney’s infamous ‘Rookwood Cemetery’.

The Rookwood Necropolis is the largest cities of the dead in the southern hemispheres and has been a constant venue for satanic worship and sacrifice.
What better place to find a true Vampire than buried within the ancient ruins of the Rookwood Necropolis.

In fact, during the staging of this photo shoot several strange events took place which included equipment that seemed to have a mine of its own and strange apparitions that would drift in and out of the shoot.

I first saw this piece at Le Cabinet De Curiosity in Newtown and couldn't take my eyes off it. I was mesmerised and had to get it. It now hangs proudly as the centerpiece of our Avelina artwork collection!
M is a gorgeous model and Avelina is a fantastic artist.
Our local framer told us that Avelina's works have generated more discussion than any other artwork they have ever displayed before.
    Truly sensational work!!
    Do yourself a favour!

Avelina De Moray has made many great artworks and it was hard to choose just one canvas(so I bought two lol),but Vampires Of Rookwood was the first I decided to buy. It's truly a beautiful piece of work.

  6. Rookwood...WOW!!!!!

Posted by Gerald (Jeremy) Cook on 21st Jan 2010

I bought the Rookwood canvas for my sister for her birthday in March, & after recieving it I was very tempted to keep it for myself. Amaizing, thats all I can say. I have been to museums & I have never seen anything like it. & the artist herself contacts you to see how you like your artwork. Its like God asking you how you like your baby. Thank you Miss De Moray

I bought this piece as a gift, and when I held it in my hands I really didn't want to give it!. Beautiful work, by a gorgeous and talented artist. Until you're actually holding the full sized canvas can you truly appreciate it.
