On the 10th of October, 2010, Avelina married her Love, Von Lehmann. She's pleased to share with you the gorgeous photos from the day!

* Where did you meet, and when? Please provide the month and year. How did the string of events unfold?

Avelina and Von’s paths first crossed during the Russian winter of 1644. St Petersburg was plagued by the Black Death that year so Avelina had no other choice but to migrate west to Gdansk

One night as the winds blew in from the Carpathian Mountains; her carriage was set upon by starving Transylvanian wolves.

Once the horses had been devoured, these desperate lycans turned their attention towards Avelina who, on foot, ran deep into the forest. It didn’t take long for the wolves to catch up with their weakening prey.

Encircled by salivating beast and at the point of exhaustion, Avelina, sank into the deep snow, cleared her mind, closed her eyes and surrendered her self to the inevitable death that was soon to follow.

But, just as the first beast lunged forward to sink it’s razor teeth into her neck she felt an arm around her waist accompanied by the sensation of flight. When next she opened her eyes she sat upon the saddle of a stallion which travelled at breakneck speed across the frozen tundra.

She look back to see the wolves howling with contempt in the distance and then look up into the eyes of Von. The two have been inseparable ever since.

* How did the relationship develop?

Over the years that followed their lives took similar paths which involved music and the arts.

* How did the proposal come about? Please provide month and year. Where were you? What were some of the sounds in the background? What did the engagement ring look like?
