'As Angels Bleed’, our first 'self titled' album, soon to be released, is of vampirc nature, in that its lyrical content deals with gothic underworldien themes, whilst its music is extremely heavy yet classically influenced.

After returning from the USA, Avelina’s proud to unveil the official As Angels Bleed album cover. The band now anxiously await for Mark Lewis & the guys at the Audio Hammer Studios to complete the album and deliver the final masters. Hurry up guys! The world awaits this gothic monster.

Mark and Audio Hammer are best known for artists such as Trivium, Devil Driver, Black Dahlia Murder, Chimaira and many others.

Why is it taking you so damn long to release the As Angels Bleed album?

"I get asked this so much (lol) ; I thought I should add this question in here. It’s taking so damn long because I am a very busy little bee. Normally, when a band decides to record an album, they lock themselves away from the world for 3 months, and come out with a new album. I’ve been doing the same thing, but have the additional distractions of working on new artworks, releasing new products, arranging photo shoots and running my business, which defiantly slows things down!

Each song contains approximately 120 tracks, from the band, to the full church choir and orchestra, its gothic metal and it’s fucking awesome, it was an exciting period for Von and I to produce the entire album ourselves & to be as creative as our imaginations could allow.

The As Angels Bleed album is my priority for 2011, so although artwork releases may be a little scarcer than normal, rest assured my pretties, it will be worth the wait.

In the meantime, I have released a video DEMO of one of our songs entitled 'I Drown' for you to listen to ". - Avelina De Moray
