COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT WARNING

Recently, I have been made aware of several instances where people/companies have been using, abusing and changing my art without my permission.
You must understand that art is not free, and if you wish to use my artworks for any purpose, be it personal or for business, you MUST contact me before doing so.
If you reproduce my artworks in any printed or digital (internet) form, without my prior consent, you are in direct violation of my copyright, and you will be subject to litigation.
However, If you simply wish to add my art to your myspace page because you are fan of my work, I have no problem with this, all I ask, and all I have ever asked for, is that fans leave my art exactly as it is. This means you can post the image taken from my website, but you MUST leave my name on the artwork, you cannot change the colors, or modify my art in any way. You do not need my prior consent to add my artworks to your personal myspace/facebok page etc.
Please note, if you are adding my images to FACEBOOK as your default photo, you must not CROP my name off the image. Facebook always prompts you to select the part of the image you wish to highlight and use as your default photo, and if you remove my name here, you are re-saving my artwork without my name attached to the image, which is a violation of my copyright.
If you are using my artworks to promote your business, product, website or company, you must contact me to suggest your proposition beforehand.
If you are thinking of illegally using my art, and just assume you will get away with this, I urge you to reconsider. My fans are incredibly loyal, and are completely dedicated to bringing any copyright infringements to my attention.
